Job Description:
The position holder reports directly to General Manager of Safran AE Guiyang
1. Manage HR Department:
- Set and review objectives periodically, follow actions plans, assign and coordinate tasks and activities and adjust workload when necessary
- Coach and motivate the team members to develop professional skills and talent
- Define and follow-up resources (human and financial) to fulfill department targets
2. Recruitment & Employment:
- Define a recruitment strategy adapted to business needs and employment situations,
- Participate in the construction of the employee annual budgets and follows up the budgets,
- Take charge of indirect key positions selection
3. Compensation & benefits:
- Adapt the compensation policy to the specific situation of the market,
- In close cooperation with the General Manager, review and manage yearly salary, and other elements of pay performed maintaining internal/external pay equity,
- Assure payroll and staff benefits execution,
- Carry out compensation and benefits surveys as needed,
- Accountable for all HR policies and procedures, ensuring that the C&B policies are designed, reviewed, monitored and implemented successfully to meet and support the company development needs.
4. Training and Performance Evaluation:
- Validation of training plan and regularly monitor progress of training plan,
- Develop a formal Annual Performance Appraisal System and implement,
- Ensure the Performance Appraisal process is properly followed,
- Provide guidance, timeline and coordinate the roll-out of Annual Performance Appraisal exercise.
5. HR advisory and Employee relations:
- Responsible for Employee Representatives affairs, ex: meeting, election, procedure updated
- Provide a consultancy service that deliver best practice and commercially focused HR solutions that support the company development,
- Form close partnership and provide expertise to management on a wide range of strategic and operational Human Resources issues,
- Organize yearly communication sessions with employees, collect employees’ opinions and act as bridge of communication between management and employees,
- Establish and implement Improvement Action Plan based on employees’ opinions,
- Review employee manual on a regular basis to ensure compliance to local labor laws and corporate requirements.
6. Reporting and HR projects & other activities:
- Collect, consolidate and prepare HR reports and other reports,
- Responsible for preparation and publication of HR Notices,
- Handle and coordinate HR projects,
- Responsible for the company communication activities.
Requirements：
- 6 years HR experiences in multinational company;
- Bachelor’s degree or above;
- Ability to communicate in English and Chinese, both written and verbal. French would be a plus;
- Technical knowledge of HR expertise including employment law, employee relations, management and organizational development, staffing, training and compensation, talent development and succession planning;
- Excellent problem solving skills;
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills,
- Organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and concurrent projects simultaneously
- Strong coaching, counseling, negotiating and conflict management skills.
