职位描述：
Overview:

To be lead of Manufacturing Engineer in the new launching project to ensure the production line and equipment, operator ready before SOP.


Principal Accountabilities:
? According to the company's products and the actual equipment, optimization of facility layout and equipment configuration
? Under the technical requirements todo production process design, analysis and production control, and the establishment of production lines and equipment layout design work
? Responsible for the improvement and optimization of the production process and standardize the operation, improve quality, improve production efficiency and capacity
? Standardize the operation and study the balance of line
? Familiar with lean manufacture & GK
? Instruct and training the operator for the best method.

Education/Experience:
? Bachelor degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
? Work experience in Manufacturing Engineer (Welding, coating, plating) & continuous improvement is commendable.
? Around 5 years of relevant experience in automotive field.
? Basic quality assurance skills & Pro-active problem solving techniques.
? Working knowledge of TS16949 systems & procedures.
