Contractual relationship
? Records all the agreements with the customer and up dates the contractual documentation on the complete program,
? Prepares a complete file to be transferred at the end of the program with the complete history of the commercial relationship of the program
Prices
? Monitors the prices and price break-down (Bill of Material, handling fees, assembly value, sold services, piece price amortization, other items sold) with the customer program buyer as a consequence of the product definition, keeps a record of all related costing information,
? Updates a complete record on weight, material (reference price, gross and net consumption), and technical documentation, as specification changes and customer functional requests.
? Keeps an update on the diversity planned on the program (number of references to be delivered, references to be managed internally), regularly checks consistency with initial offer and if necessary, prepares and negotiates offers for diversity extension,
ECR Monitoring
? Documents internally the requests and ensures that the related costing information is available in time,
? Prepares offers (piece price, tooling, D&D, investments amortization) related to ECR and gets internal validation with finance and sales before submission to customer,
? Negotiates ECR with the customer and ensures launch of the ECR only when customer approval is available. approval and their economical consequences (piece prices, tooling, D&D)
? Gets from the customer the approval for tool launch and documents for the payment,
Prototypes
? Receives all orders from the customers, checks that the prices are in line with Faurecia offers.
? Launches internally the prototype orders
? Follows-up their delivery and payment,
Tooling and D&D
? Updates tooling offers, with the related cost information, get internal approval for offers,
? Records all costs information on tooling, for further documentation in case of customer analysis
? Gets agreement from the customer on tools conditions before official launch internally
? Follows-up tooling payments and keeps updates of all payments due by the customer at the end of the program,
? Updated the contractual D&D budget with the customer, regularly informs the customer about its consumption and follows up the payments if relevant
