职位描述
Main responsibilities are includingbut not limited:
1. Achieve the EA salestarget for the responsible region (provinces)
--Follow up the kaycustomers for his responsible his areas
--Set up the projectpipeline
--Regular project pipelinereview with EA sales director
-- Ensure high hit rate,by strong customer relationship management and spec-in strategy
2. in the EA team, to coordinate with PAE, BD and tendering teams to provideoptimized solution to his customers
3.Channel development in his area
4.Collect market information and competitor’s information
5.Work with NS / EM regional sales force to get more project information and to makenecessary coordination with them to gain more business
Main Contact People:
-- Marketing offer managers.
-- BD manager
-- EAC teams
-- SGSsegment sales teams
-- NS regional sales managers/ key sales persons for EA
Qualifications:
This position requires high sales skill, very strong in communication and negotiation withcustomers and partners
6 - 10 years experiencein industrial business environment and has strong project background
--be better to know how to sell soft ware and system
--be good coordinator and positive solutioncontributor.
--Bachelor degree with Electrical Engineering /Marketing;
--To be “business oriented” and to preferresults and action than perfect strategy;
--A very “pragmatic” approach is needed;
--Good capability of communication towardsinternal organization
-- Good EA product andsystem knowledge
