Descriptions：
- Intel Capital (ICAP) is responsible for making strategic investments in companies globally. The ICAP portfolio currently includes over 400 companies worldwide.
- The Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing all portfolio related transactions in the APAC region and acts on behalf of Intel Capital in shareholder-related functions including consents, waivers, proxies, and non-participating follow-on funding.
- The Portfolio Manager leads all M&A, IPO, open market sale, and private sale activities to maximize Intel's ROI and mitigate risks and liabilities.
- He/she partners with ICAP investment managers and legal team members to identify exit opportunities, develop transaction strategies, and negotiate deal terms with internal and external business partners.
Qualifications:
- This role requires a strong financial background, excellent partnering, negotiating, and communication skill, 6 to 10 years of related experience and finance and/or accounting education (MBA and/or CFA).
