职位描述：
1、结合项目需求，了解各行业人才市场动向，开发、维护有效的招聘渠道；
2、对所有招聘渠道进行主动求职简历的收集、筛选；
3、与目标候选人进行初步的电话沟通，确认候选人的基本信息及求职意向；
4、对推荐面试的候选人进行二次跟踪，并进行汇总与分析；
5、 项目笔、面试的现场执行与支持工作。
任职要求：
1、2017届高校毕业生，人力资源、管理等相关专业尤佳；
2、具有较强的沟通、协调、分析及解决问题的能力；
