职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
1.Actively seek technical product information to build continually a knowledge base to become an effective products expert.
2.Develop and maintain relationships with buyers in order to advise them on technical issues. Encourage buyer with professional buying decisions and act as their primary consultant for product information.
3.Work closely with team to identify opportunities and provide fact-based selling tools for new account and product release strategies.
4. Work with the Manager to create annual account objectives and strategies. Provide input to sales for all product initiatives and sales activities by defining and prioritizing distribution, merchandising and display objectives.
5.Prepare account business reviews in collaboration with Sales.
Requirements:
1.Education and/or Experience: minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Pharmacy, Biology, Marketing or Economics; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2.Good Communication Skill in both English and Chinese.
3.Hands on experience on CRM and ERP will be plus.
4. Must have demonstrated ability to be hands on, multi-task, maintain confidentiality, communicate well up and down the organization, and self-navigate through assignments and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
5.This position will have major interaction with operations, finance, manufacturing, sales, design and customers.
