职位描述：

岗位职责：

1.拜访项目现场并寻找合适的商业机会Find the project fields to identify the business opportunities；

2.在华东区域市场跟进建设、工程类客户以及设计院客户Follow up construction customers/ engineering customers and designing institutes in East China Region；

3.促进公司品牌和Aksa业务介绍给终端客户Promote Aksa brand and introduce Aksa business to end customers；

4.根据用户的要求，向公司提供产品需求、竞争者信息, 并对其进行统计汇总Based on the requirement of the customer, make research of product requirement from customers, focus on competitors so as to collect and report such information in a written form to the company;

5.根据不同项目持续进行客户信息和项目文档管理与保存，并定期向营销部经理备案Manage and save the customers' information and projects' files constantly according to different projects, and report such information to Sales & Marketing Manager on a regular basis.

岗位要求：

1.机电、英文、管理等相关专业大专学历以上Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Mechanical，English, or business major；

2.机电行业1年以上工作及管理经验，发电机或发电机销售组制造行业优先考虑More than 1 year experience in sales, preferably in generator & generating set manufacturing industry；

3.对机电产品有一定的了解Basic knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical related products ；

4.具备一定的良好的市场嗅觉以及基本的英语能力Own good marketing sense and practical experience, as well as basic English ability；

5.高尚的职业道德；具挑战精神、充满热情；优秀的领导力、决策力、执行力及学习力Sense of career ethics, challenging spirit and full of energy; excellent leadership, resolute decision-making, firm execution and strong will to learn.
