职位描述
Job Title: R&D Project Team Member
Report to: R&D PTM Leader
Mission:
1. Manage R&D activities respecting CIP rules
- Define planning activities with each contribution department responsible (Design, Testing, Prototype,Electronic) and manage timing follow-up
-Anticipate R&D design overload and define back-up solutions to ensure timing respect
- Responsible of job request for all R&D activities
2. Choose concept able to fit with customer project main objectives
- Analyze customer specifications (Customer technical specifications, Request for quote)
- Choose concept with experts and contributors
- Elaborate Technical Offer
3. Schedule and drive meeting with R&D contributors.
- Planning Follow-up
- Open Issue list / QRQC
- Action Plan follow up
- Conception check list update
4. Prepare and drive project review meetings
- Perform project synthesis
o Product definition
o Drawing files (Sign-off)
o Prototype assembly
o Product validation test
- Participate in Validation committee
-Prepare and perform design review following project milestones and CIP
5.Responsible of specific R&D activities
- Functional analysis and Functional specifications
- Product FMEA
- Product Validation Plan
- Design modification management
6. Prepare and participate to technical review with suppliers
- Open Issue review with purchasing and design
- Validation with project manager of technical definition (prototype and mass production)
- System validation with associated R&D components PTM
- Validation with customers and project managers validation plan
7. Control R&D project cost
- Define proto and validation cost (test and resources)
- Follow-up proto cost by project

Requirement:
1. Required education, training, skills & experience Mechanical Engineer bacholer degree, minimum 3 years working experience.
2. Required qualities
- Technical background with analytical spirit and solving issue curiosity
- Able to summarize information and to go to essential
- Ability to stand up pressure and customer stress
- Autonomous and time management capacity, Mechanical Engineer+ minimum 1 year in similar function in automotive field
- Wiping system knowledge will be a plus
