职位描述
Mission:
- Integration of suppliers into the projects to optimize the material's(BOM) QCDI and NRE
- Maximize the levers from the Commodity strategy into the projects
- Ensure the Commodity strategy and Purchasing processes are implemented into the projects (including LT productivity plan)
Responsibilities:
- Prepares/consolidates the necessary elements to hold the sourcing
- Bring minimum two suppliers to the same technical level per project / component
- Maps the BOM by segment and defines pre-sourcing file with each BSL/ RSL
- Utilises Group project purchasing tools and methods
- Ensures that all input information is timely forwarded to the suppliers for the bidding process
- Coordinates technical reviews between suppliers and project teams to apply design-to-cost
- Ensure achievement of all project milestones related to suppliers
- Controls communication flows between suppliers and project teams
- Propose project purchasing target (CAA) to PG PL Project manager
- Leverage commodity purchasing organization to bundle Valeo volume and benefit expertise
- Implement segment's strategy in projects
- Achieve project purchasing index
- Warrants the application of the PQA procedures (7 steps)

- Ensure completion of all contractual files related the project
KPIs:
- Project Purchasing Index
- Project milestones on time (ARGP, IS , etc.)
- E-Tender utilisation rate
Education:
Bacholer degree above and mechanical or electronic related major
Working Experience:
1-3 years in automotive industry as buyer
Language:
Chinese(Mondatory)
English fluent

The Technical Center is aimed to develop technical competences for Asian businesses and to satisfy our customer requirements in a fast changing environment. Developed initially as a subcontracted design platform, the Technical Center has been evolving to a complete product and project development center as following :
- Complexity increase and new needs definition such as environment and security
- OEM support for Chinese customers and for oversea businesses
- Sustainable development
- Support specific cars for emerging market in BRIC (Brazil, Russia, India and China)
