General mission: Business Develop& AM sales team management

1. Work together with Valeo Service OES and IAM new business development.
2. AM sales team management to insure good supporting to award new business and existing business.

Main activities:

· Organize CAA start from RFQ

· Customer payment overdue recovery.

· Regularly sales performance review, report and recovery plan proposal.

· PA and general contract review and release organization.

· Customer interface, balance customer request and internal to realize win-win.

· New business chance development and contribution.

· CBO clean support.

· WAM sales team management.

Qualifications:

· >30 yrs old, good sales background, strong sales orientated, PM experience is a plus.

· Good affinity and communication skill.

· Similar product experience is required. wiper blade product acknowledge is a plus

· Good English and Chinese, French is a plus.

· Global sense & can work under culture diversity

· Target & customer orientation & logic sense.

· People management skill

· Willing to travel

· Good cost, commercial and basic finance acknowledge.

· Customer presentation & negotiation skill

· Aftermarket mindset and sales experience is a plus.

· Pro-active & be able to deal with all operation function (logistic, quality, production etc.) properly.
