1. 查询回答客户,包括零售商、供应商和工厂的基本技术和非技术问题。
2. 指导客户如何申请测试,填写表格,准备相关文件和足够的样本,使特殊注意等等。
3. 尊重和应用测试任务正确地根据客户的要求。评估如果收到样品符合测试要求/范围。
4. 样本问题跟踪。
5. 报价跟进,了解客户的需要,并确保及时发送报价和跟进查询的答案。
6. 配合实验室/报告团队以确保报告答,以确保赶上客户的时间表。
7. 配合实验室或专业技术团队给客户测试解释或改进的建议。
8. 确保准确的发票发送/交付。
9. 良好使用BVLAB运行总结自检和工作状态的控制。
10. N + 1安排的其他工作。
Query answer to clients, including retailers, vendors and factories. Both non-technical and basic technical questions.
Instruct clients how to apply for testing, fill in the form, prepare the related document and sufficient sample, make special note etc.
Respect and apply the test assignment correctly according to requirements of the client. Evaluate if the received sample complies with the test requirement/scope.
Sample in problem follow up, and reach submitter to clarify if any problem.
Quotation follow up, understand the need of clients, and ensure quotation to be sent out in time and follow up query answer.
Cooperate with labs/report team to ensure report TAT, to ensure catch up client’s schedule.
Review the draft report to ensure the accuracy, send official reports to clients or posting to website.
Cooperate with labs or technical teams to give client professional advice on testing explanation or improvement.
Support invoice team to make sure exact invoice sending/delivery or posting to website.
Quite Familiar with PAID, protocol of related programs and take charge of implementation correctness.
Cooperate with labs to arrange sample return per request or PAID.
Good use BVLAB to run summary for self-check and job status control.
Summary prepare per client requirement.
Support BD team on discount discussing or payment push.
Be sensitive to potential risk, point it out before occur.
Other job assigned by N+1.
Provide feedback to N+1 timely regarding processes and recommendations for improvements.
