9. 较好的英语听、说、读、写能力。
10. 较强的领导、沟通、协调和团队合作能力。
11. 较强的分析/解决问题和过程改进的能力。
12. 较好的技术天赋和宽广的知识面。
13. 擅长常用的操作系统、程序文件及公司内部的操作软件。
14. 熟悉相关测试标准和要求。
Familiar with testing method and principle.
Strictly follow testing method to conduct test and know about precautions.
Be able to operate equipment and solve troubleshooting.
Be able to operate instrument and perform data analysis.
In charge of new method development.
Update test method timely according to client’s specification and internal/national standard
Take charge of customer complaint and quality issues.
Provide technical support for internal and external.
Check and supervise related testing procedure and test result
Familiar with quality control system and apply to daily operation.
Training staffs when method updated.
Provide training to new staffs about equipment operation/maintenance and give guidance of analysis method.
Keep lab tidy and clean.
Comply at all times with all applicable legal requirements, BV Group, procedures and practices.
Good safety awareness on chemical hazard.
Accept education and training in production safety, be equipped with the knowledge of production safety necessary for your work, like dangerous agents, prevention measures and emergency procedures.
With the capacity to treat the emergency chemical spill occur.
