We are currently seeking to employ dynamic Account Managers to expand our growing professional sales team.

Job Description:
Promote the Company’s financial products and services
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients and partners
Conduct business development
Plan expos and seminars in the allocated market, for greater exposure
Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at all times
Keep up-to-date on financial markets
Discuss financial markets and factors that influence them, in a clear manner with clients
Train clients on the Company's trading systems
Follow the policies and procedures set by the compliance department with regards to processing client documentation
Communicate marketing promotions to clients, mainly by telephone, email and social networks

推广品与服务;
开发和维护潜在客户与老客户的关系;
进行商业开发;
为了更大的曝光率,在指定市场规划展览会和研讨会;
确保客户始终享有最高标准的服务;
紧跟金融市场动态;
与客户探讨金融市场要素和动态,引导其明确市场发展趋势;
对客户进行培训,让客户熟悉操作公司的交易账户系统;
遵循合规管理部门关于处理客户文档方面的设定的政策和程序;
通过电话、电子邮件与社交网络等形式进行市场推广并与客户进行及时的交流;



Person Specification:
A university degree in Finance/ Economics/ Banking/ Business Administration or related field
Native speaker in Mandarin or Cantonese language
Excellent knowledge of the English language, both oral and written
Strong computer skills, CRM, Microsoft Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint
Minimum 2 years sales experience
Proven track record of success in sales and business development is a must
Sales experience within the financial sector/ banking/ FX will be considered an advantage
Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills
Excellent telesales skills
Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals
Dynamic, innovative and target driven
Strong networking capability
Ability to work on own initiative, expand business and generate sales leads
Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-moving environment 
任职资格:
大学本科毕业,金融、工商管理或相关专业;
母语为普通话或粤语;
良好的英语语言知识,口语和书面语流利;
计算机水平良好,精通 CRM, Microsoft Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint
至少2年以上销售经验;
必须有在销售和业务发展方面的成功记录;
有金融/银行/外汇行业的销售经验者优先考虑;
很强的口头和书面交流技巧,以及演讲技巧;
优秀的电话销售能力;
优秀的谈判技巧,能够关闭交易;
充满活力,有创新力的,目标导向的性格;
很强的社交能力;
能够主动工作,扩大业务,产生销售线索;
有在高压和快速变动环境中工作的能力;
