职位描述：
1. 负责测试作业的前期分样、分包、根据客户的需求，按照公司业务标准给予报价
2. 负责审核纺织品鞋类等出口消费品的测试申请，并与客户澄清相关技术要求
3. 监督出具的检测数据的准确性，保证向客户提供及时、准确、快速和专业的服务。
4. 与相关业务及实验室运作团队沟通委托的测试业务事项，并做好跟单工作，配合完成福建团队既定业务指标
5. 负责相关业务客户的维护,接待来访客户，主动向客户介绍实验室情况和提供咨询
6. 处理客户投诉
Query answer to clients, Including retailers, vendors and factories. Both for non-technical and basic technical questions.
Instruct client how to apply for testing, fill in the form, prepare the related document and sufficient sample, make special note etc.
Sample in problem follow up, cooperate with sample in team to identify sample per request form, if with problem, reach submitter to clarify.
Quotation follow up, understand the need of client, and ensure quotation be sent out in time and follow up query answer.
Testing follow up, work with operation team to confirm basic sample information/document or additional sample sending with submitters. If PAID clarification is concerned, should check with global Program Manager.

职位要求和条件：
1. 皮革、材料、化学、纺织、染整、服装或鞋类相关专业大专以上学历
2. 同行业及2年以上客户服务或外贸跟单等相关工作经验尤佳；
3. 熟悉相关测试标准、规定和要求。
4. 有良好的沟通和团队合作的精神； 有良好的服务意识和态度； 诚信；
5. 有良好的英语（CET4）和办公室操作软件的应用能力；

High Responsibility taken.
Must have positive thinking and action.
Patient and willing work under big pressure.
Good Team player.
Fluent English both oral and writing.
Open mind, easy and initiative to learn.
Good at word, excel and lotus Notes using.
Diploma or above.
