一、Responsibilities职责：
1、Answering the customers’ calls and provide the speedy, accurate and professional consultations and services for the customers.
接听客户主动来电，为客户提供快速、准确和专业的咨询和服务；
2、Take the initiative to contact the customers according to the customer list and invite the customers to visit the learning center by phone
根据公司提供的客户清单，主动联系客户，电话邀约客人到学习中心参观咨询。
3、On the appointed day, contact the customers to confirm whether they will come or not one hour in advance； if they cannot come on time, reschedule the time for them.
用户来访当日，提前1个小时与用户确认是否来访，如不能按时到访，为用户改约时间；
4、Make detailed records of the contents inquired by the customers every day
每天详细记录用户来电咨询的相关内容；
5、Send text messages about the important notice such as the holiday leaves to the students and potential customers
节假日和公司有重要通知时，向学员或用户群发短信通知

1、Awareness of sales, work under pressure and arrange the time in a reasonable and effectively way； be sure to achieve the set goal.
具备销售意识，能承受工作压力，能有效合理安排时间并保证既定目标的实现；
2、Be passionate, active and responsible； have great team spirit.
拥有高度的工作热情，积极主动，有责任感及良好的团队合作意识；
3、Be able to adapt to the shift work； be self-motivated and able to bear hardships； dare to challenge the well-paid position.
能适应倒班工作安排，具吃苦精神且上进心强，敢于挑战高薪；
4、Be passionate, outgoing and confident and have great ability of learning.
富有激情，开朗自信，有很强的学习能力；
5、Be qualified with excellent telephone communication skills, logical expression and affinity
具备出色的电话沟通技巧，讲话有调理，亲和力佳；
6、Have sweet voice and speak standard mandarin without any accent.
声音甜美悦耳，普通话标准，无口音
