该职位工作地点为李尔汽车面料有限公司瑞安工厂
工作内容：
1. 薪资和福利管理，符合公司制度和流程
2. 每月进行人力成本分析和对比，合理控制加班费
3. 协助经理完成年度调薪、奖金及预算工作
4. 管理劳动合同，办理用工、退工手续以及员工的工资和考勤结算；
5. 社保，公积金办理，个税申报
6. 瑞安工厂人员招聘及面试
7. 协助上级推行公司各类规章制度的实施, 按照人事各项操作按照制度和流程执行，并且符合审计要求；
8. 帮助建立积极的员工关系，协调员工与管理层的关系，组织策划员工的各类活动；
9. 管理争端解决程序
任职要求：
1. 大学本科以上学历
2. 熟悉人力资源管理各项实务的操作流程,有薪资计算和预算者优先考虑
3. 熟练的英文听说读写能力
4. 熟悉国家相关法律法规
5. 熟练使用相关办公软件
