- To do Validate projects P0/P1 Arm/blade/rubber/Motor/Linkage : Be contributor - To do Lab continuous improvement - To do test to support the warranty issue analysis

Responsibilities工作职责

To do Validate projects P0/P1 Arm/blade/rubber/Motor/Linkage: - Establish validation plan and schedule tests during project phases - Be involved into the project quality tools that need competences into validation (functional analysis, Valeo specs, FMEAs…) - Perform functional tests for product and process development(DV, PV, CC, P0V, Supplier Validation) - Analyze issues and report it to Project Manager and Hierarchical Manager, be involved and bring expertise for problem solving (project QRQCs). - Perform Test request review at TRR database (test method, sampling, timing…). Organize and perform/follow test (internally or at subcontracting) To do Lab continuous improvement - Maintenance and calibration of the equipments. - Analyze and follow tests devices capabilities (R&R studies…) - Train and be trained onto the test devices and devices maintenance so as to qualify people or be qualified regarding lab activities. To do test to support the warranty issue analysis: - Launch the special test for warranty issue analysis Other tasks assigned by direct manager and company: - Laboratory network standarzation - Laboratory 5S

Valeo China Technical Center in Shanghai is a competence center organization by integrating different Valeo core activities. Today 3 R&D teams work in this platforms, which are Valeo Electric Engine System China Technical Center (VEES CTC), Valeo Engine Cooling China Technical Center(VEC CTC) and Valeo Wipper System Asia Technical Center(VWS ATC).
位于上海的法雷奥中国技术中心是一个专注于发展研发能力的组织，融合了法雷奥不同的核心业务。如今共有3个研发团队在这个平台一起工作，它们分别是法雷奥发动机电子系统中国技术中心（简称VEES CTC）, 法雷奥发动机冷却系统中国技术中心（简称VEC CTC）以及法雷奥雨刮系统亚洲技术中心（简称VWS ATC）

The Technical Center is aimed to develop technical competences for Asian businesses and to satisfy our customer requirements in a fast changing environment. Developed initially as a subcontracted design platform, the Technical Center has been evolving to a complete product and project development center as following :
- Complexity increase and new needs definition such as environment and security
- OEM support for Chinese customers and for oversea businesses
- Sustainable development
- Support specific cars for emerging market in BRIC (Brazil, Russia, India and China)

法雷奥技术中心旨在为亚洲业务提升技术能力，在一个迅速变化的环境下不断地满足客户的需求。由最初的外包设计平台，法雷奥技术中心正在逐步演变成一个全面的产品及项目开发中心，诸如：
- 从环保及安全性能角度出发，提高产品复杂性以及确定新的需求
- 为中国客户及海外业务提供OEM支持
- 注重可持续发展
- 协助在新兴市场开发特殊类型车辆（巴西，俄国，印度和中国）
