职位描述
岗位职责：
1、根据新产品技术要求，编制新产品的电控规格书，设计新产品的硬件电路，并进行相关调试，以满足产品性能、可靠性要求。
2、跟进新产品的试产过程，根据试产总结情况，调整设计或制定相关解决方案，使新产品电路板严格按照设计要求，并确保顺利生产。
3、跟进市场电路板品质状况，针对品质问题制定改善措施并实施，不断提升硬件质量。
任职资格：
1、26岁以上，电气自动化、电子类专业，本科及以上学历；
2、熟练掌握机械、电子等专业知识，具有电子设计知识，熟悉电路原理及设计原理；
3、3-4年电控产品硬件开发经验，2年以上家电或五金类行业的电控开发经验；
4、有一定的项目管理能力，熟练设计电路和自动化控制系统；
5、大胆尝试，勇于创新，能坚持目标不妥协，对结果负责。
