King' s English International is a subsidiary of King' s Education Group, one of the advocates of practical English training in China. Since its establishment in 2004, it has worked in cooperation with IEERA, PEARSON and other educational organizations. King’s English has been working on constantly improving teaching and promoting practical English for people maintaining the philosophy of “Promised English, Promising Future”. Since then, King’s English has established many branches both in the southeast and southwest of China and has now got 14 branches around China. In the past 8 years, King’s English has become a leader in the ESL training industry and will endeavor to encourage more English learners to achieve their language goals.

We are looking for positive, energetic people who are quick learners and hard workers. We are more interested in your attitude and experience than the number of qualifications you have.

This position is for native English speaking teachers/trainers. For full time teachers, King's International English provides work visas.

Job spec and responsibilities:

• Working hour: maximum of 40 working hours per week on a flexible schedule, which includes no more than 27 teaching hours.
• Teach English at both kids’ and adults’ school. Our normal class size is 4-10 students and for English corners, max. 30 students.
• Give demo classes, level assessment, and participate in other sales and marketing support activities.
• Supervise upgrading examinations of the students.
• Aid/assist in the development of the current teaching plans.
• Help with educational events, parties and extra-curricular activities.

Requirements:

• Native English speaker preferred.
• Holding Bachelor’s degree and TESOL/TEFL certificate.
• Ability to teach English as a second language and communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to interact in a friendly and patient manner with both colleagues and students of various English levels and establish rapport, credibility with people around.
• Teaching experience and relevant curriculum/lesson plan development experience preferred.
