1.机械类相关专业专科及以上学历；
2.熟练使用结构设计软件工具，包括Pro-E、SOLIDWORKS、AutoCAD等;
3.3年及以上结构开发经验或应用经验，2年以上储水式电热水器结构开发设计经验;
4.具备独立设计、开发符合行业标准储水式电热水器并能带领研发团队的能力；
5.逻辑思维能力、分析能力强，良好的沟通及团队协作能力。
6.工作地点暂为温州，后期在杭州下沙工业区康泉电器研发基地。
