1. 根据公司质量管理体系要求完成相关质量控制工作 .
2. 能够根据客户产品的物性要求，监督检测的实施，并审核测试结果，协助进行测试报告的审核
3. 配合业务发展，负责有机类新项目的方法开发
4. 负责实验室的仪器维护和管理
5. 负责新员工的上岗培训
6. 监督有机项目的实验流程和进度，负责日常管理和职责安排，确保团队的工作效率和工作质量
职位要求
1. 具备高度的责任心和敬业精神、较强的组织能力、控制能力、分析能力及沟通协调能力，团队合作精神；
2. 精通仪器分析及鞋类理化检测，熟悉相关检测领域大型分析仪器操作
3. 熟悉国内外相关法律法规、检测标准、掌握检验操作技能、质量控制要求、计量和数据处理知识
4. 了解国际前沿的分析测试动态，专业咨询涉猎广泛，能够熟练查阅外文参考资料
5. 专业要求：分析化学、生物学相关专业，有鞋类第三方实验室相关工作经验，及一定的团队管理工作经验
Job Description

2. according to customer's product physical requirements, supervision and inspection of the implementation, and review the test results,assist in the audit test report
3. coordinate with the business development, responsible for the organic method development of new projects
4. responsible for maintenance and management of laboratory instruments
5. responsible for the induction training for new employees
6. Experimental Organic Program oversight processes, responsible for the daily management and responsibilities of the arrangements to ensure the team's efficiency and quality of work
Job Requirements
1. high degree of responsibility and professionalism, strong organizational skills, ability to control, analytical ability and communication skills, team spirit;
2. proficient instrumental analysis and footwear physical and chemical testing, familiar with the field of large-scale analysis of the correlation detection instrument operation
3. Familiar domestic and foreign laws and regulations, testing standards, master inspection skills, quality control requirements, measurement and data processing knowledge
4. understand the international forefront of analysis and testing dynamic, professional consultation covered a wide range, access to skilled foreign language reference
5. professional requirements: analytical chemistry, biology-related professional, third-party laboratory for footwear relevant work experience, and some team management experience
