Responsibilities:

？To maintain and monitoring the effectiveness and adequacy QMS system
维护及监督质量管理体系充分性和有效性
？To control quality management systems documentation
质量体系文件管理
？To be a internal auditor to initiate QMS internal audit and customer QMS audit
质量体系的内部审核和供应商审核
？To be a active coordinator to involve continual improvement actions such as TRACC
积极促进及参与TRACC等持续改进行动
？To process External /internal complaints and assure corrective or preventive actions being implemented adequately
内外部投诉处理并确保纠正预防措施充分实施
？To process external audit include government spot inspection
处理包括政府机构抽检的外部审核
？To process management review meeting and analyzing the operation performance data
负责招开管理评审会议并分析运营绩效数据
？To be a internal trainer on quality and continual improvement
为员工提供与质量及持续改进相关的培训

功能性职责
？Understand and ensure all activities in compliance with the Corporate HSE&S policy, related Standards and Guidance Notes.

？Understand and ensure all activities fully in compliance with the legislatives applicable to our site and know the access to get latest updated one.
理解并确保所有行为完全符合适用于我公司的法规并知道如何获取有效版本
？Familiar with site QHSE procedures/work instructions and ensure all process and activities in full compliance with them.
熟悉公司质量、健康、安全、环保的程序及作业指导书并确保所有行为符合其规定
？Be an active participant in the company's initiatives to improve its QHSE Management Systems
积极参与公司质量、健康、安全、环保管理体系的改进活动

Requirements:
岗位要求
？Science and engineering bachelor degree or above, preferring Chemistry, Chemical Engineering education background.
理工科学士或以上学历，化学或化学工程优先
？At least 3 years working experience on quality assurance role.
至少3年以上从事质量保证工作的经验
？ISO/TS16949 internal auditor certificated ，preferring the Second Party Leader Auditor
 ISO/TS16949 内部审核员资格,有第二方主任审核员资格优先
？Solid knowledge on ISO/TS16949 5 core tools ,Root Cause Analysis& 6 Sigma tools.
 对ISO/TS16949五大核心工具，根本原因分析及六西格玛工具有充分的了解
 ？Be familiar with China and international quality related regulation such as ,< Quality regulation>.
熟悉中国及国际与质量相关的法律法规例如《中国标准化法》、《中国质量法》
？Good English conversation and written skills.
 优秀的英语交流及写作技能
？Good communication skills with others.
优秀的沟通技能
？Strong awareness of teamwork
 强列的团队合作意识
 ？Good MS office skill, such as using excel to do data analysis, making
