岗位职责：

1、制定部门的年度经营计划和预算方案，制定市场调研方案并监督实施；

2、制定促销策略，实施市场推广方案，组织临时性的促销活动、工程和业务；

3、监督部门的工作目标和经费预算的执行情况，及时给予指导；

4、负责温州市场的资金回笼和市场管理，分析季度客户到款情况；

5、完成领导交办的其他工作。

任职资格：

1、大学专科以上学历，市场营销、企业管理专业优先；

2、5年以上相关职能或专业领域工作经验，3年以上家电行业管理经验；

3、熟悉家电行业，具备良好地经营管理知识面及营销实战经验者优先；
4、对市场有敏锐的触觉，擅长结合实际改善客户店面的经营绩效；

5、对终端运营、终端管理、终端培训具有丰富的经验。
