Responsibilities:
Job Purpose/key objective
？Build general awareness and understanding about what OneSAP is, the business drivers, the scope and the impact of OneSAP for A&AC China
？Build commitment to the changes and new way of working resulting from OneSAP
？Facilitate the training activities.

Requirements:
Critical accountabilities:
？Functional reporting to the OneSAP global communications manager
？Internal communication to the OneSAP Team China
？Senior managers/directors across APAC ？External stakeholders in coordination with and on behalf of the China sBU A&AC directors.

Communication activities:
？Support development and execution of communication plan (internal and external communications)
？Support in development of communication materials
？Organize local information meetings
？Support in evaluation communication effectiveness (feedback tools, impact monitor)

Training activities:
？Facilitate regional / local training plan based on global training strategy & plan
？Support in definition regional / local training needs
？Coordinate the development of local training material as add-on to the template training material, including necessary translations to the Chinese language
？Facilitate end user training within the region
？Support in evaluation training activities

Additional Information:
Educational/Professional Qualifications and Experience:
？University degree, with minimal 2 years communication related experience
？Employee engagement experience and strong written and oral communications in both English and Mandarin
？Team work experience
？Business awareness gained in both operational and support jobs
