Key Responsibilities:
-Check suppliers QC process, to meet our requirements;
-Undertake supplier progress visits to ensure adherence to programme;
-Undertake product quality checks to ensure conformity to specifications;
-Check finished goods prior to shipping
-Check packaging and loading method to prevent damage in transit
-Communicate with headquarter engineers to clarify materials standards and specifications;
-Accountable for supplier quality performance, develop action plans with suppliers to ensure quality standard and control target achieved;
-Regular report on the quality issues and proactively feedback suppliers, develop and follow up corresponding corrective actions with suppliers.
-Follow up on the production schedule to avoid ship date delay due to quality issues
Requirements:
1) At least 5 years' experience in quality control and inspections of metal parts.
2) Ability to read and interpret product drawings and specifications
3) Familiar with ISO9000, ISO14000, and product testing methods
4) Understanding of problem analysis and corrective action
5) Both Chinese and English communication skills are required
6) Computer skills with MS Office.
7) Good analytical and communication skills
8) Mechanical/engineering background is required
9) Manufacturing experience in display fastener,stamping or forging industry is preferred.
10) Travel as required
