职位职责：
根据培训需求，完善零售培训课程内容
制定培训计划，并按计划开展课堂及店铺培训
跟进及考核店铺培训的结果
任职要求：
23-30岁，大专以上学历，有零售行业销售经验或培训经验者优先
良好的语言表达及沟通能力，抗压能力强
热爱零售行业，具有良好的服务意识及合作精神
