Report to: Global IT Manager & Local Operation Manager

1. IT helpdesk
Provide technical and helpdesk support to end users (on-site and remote)
New IT devices purchasing, installing, repairing, retirement
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks
2. Infrastructure supporting
Provide technical supporting for IT services, Phones, Network, Servers
Office equipment support (audio/video conference, printer, scanner, etc).
3. IT administration
User account creation and termination in AD, Exchange, Microsoft 365
4. IT vender management
5. IT security & compliance
Meet the requirement of Global IT team. Support for new IT projects.
6. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.

Qualification & Requirement
1. Bachelor degree in computer science or related field.
2. Fluent English language skills，Knowledge of Japanese is a plus
3. Minimum 3 years of experience in IT helpdesk support in a global company.
Good Knowledge in Windows 10, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, File Server, Printers, VMware
4. Good Knowledge in network, Cisco LAN/WLAN/VPN, Phones, structure, cabling.
5. Self-starter, quick learner and good team player,
6. Able to establish good relationships with all departments and colleagues.
