职位描述：
1、负责面料里面机织和染整等工序，能够更好解决类似工序的供应商质量问题；
2、制定和实施年度供应商的审核计划和提高计划；
3、带领SQE团队负责供应商质量问题的解决，8D报告的提交以及问题的跟踪；处理供应商索赔等相关事宜；
4、通过供应商的评分系统监控和管理供应商；
5、不断进行模块优化、简化组织，明确职责，提升部门员工专业技能和调整员工心态，不断提升员工绩效
任职要求：
1、熟悉质量体系
2、具有与供应商沟通、谈判能力
3、具备一年以上的染整或实验室分析经验
4、具有良好的团队精神
5、具有面料或纺织行业背景
6、纺织，染整工程或轻化工程相关专业毕业
