职位描述
职位概要:
根据公司的职业安全健康环境管理体系制定相关管理制度，实施安全审核和安全检查，督促、监督、指导各工厂的安全工作，提高全员安全意识，杜绝或减少各类事故的发生，为员工提供一个安全、健康的工作环境，使公司的安全(劳动生产、消防、治安、交通、防台防汛)工作达到要求。
工作内容:
1.熟悉污水工艺与污水处理流程
2.执行公司的HSE目标，做好日常安全健康环境检查，及时纠正各类事故隐患。
3.制定和更新各类安全管理程序，协调监督各部门执行安全规章制度。
4.开展各类安全事故调查并按照“四不放过”（原因不明，不放过；责任人不明，不放过；教训不总结，不放过；事故不处理，不放过）落实安全措施。
5.负责对部门、工厂相关人员的安全培训和指导。
6.督促工厂新设备、新工艺使用前的安全审核。
7.督促工厂的化学品进行安全管理，对各类职业危害因素进行监控，确保其符合相关的法律法规要求。
8.督促工厂对公司的消防系统、消防器材进行维护保养，每年开展紧急疏散演习。
9.公司财产、交通安全管理和每年防台防汛工作。
10.负责特殊工种和个人劳动防护用品管理。
11.负责各类安全报表的上报和对Lear以及其他上级公司的联络。
12.工伤处理及申报。

技能要求：
1、良好的人际交往和组织协调能力；能熟练使用MS Office等办公软件；有较强的学习和应用能力。
2、良好的中英文书面表达能力。
3、廉洁自律、诚实守信、客观公正、恪守原则。
4、具有良好的安全专业知识；较强的组织协调及沟通能力；对隐患具有敏锐的观察力，善于发现问题；能独立开展工作。
5、健康、安全和环境: 遵守工作说明中明确的或培训中传达的所有健康、安全和环境要求
