Job Responsibility:

(Short Term)

1 Manage the construction of new project including production lines, labs, and manufacturing;

2 Define project scope, goals and deliverables, effectively communicate project expectations to key stakeholders and department managers to ensure a high quality facility that meet all departments' growth plan;

3 Estimate the resources, negotiate and manage outside vendors/contractors, control the budget, on-site supervise to ensure the quality of construction, and track project milestones and deliverables;

4 Work closely with government agencies, meet all regulations including but not limited to environmental safety with potential to meet ISO140001 requirements, and obtain all necessary licenses/certificates;

5 Work with department managers for a smooth relocation and reduce down time for manufacturing and company activities;

(Long Term)

6 Establish the plan and supervise the maintenance of all mechanical, electrical and plumbing facilities, HVAC systems, industrial gases and vacuum system, water supply (including purified water), and emergency power system;

7 Supervise maintenance manufacturing equipments that meet ISO/GMP requirements, including daily inspection;

8 Establishes managing processes for advancing Safety, Environment and occupational Health management across the plant;

9 Responsible for the equipment/facilities abnormal failure analysis and repair, implement effective emergency plan to ensure smooth operation;

10 Responsible for Energy saving solution development in order to ensure whole team will match the requirement of the business strategy and the equipments are running smoothly and reliably as well.

11 Other duties as assigned by the management.



Qualification Requirements:



1 Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering or equivalent professional experience is required;

2 At least 8 years experience in facility/construction management and a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in operations, and maintenance;

3 Familiar with facilities and equipments maintenance as well as international standards such as ISO and GMP;

4 Knowledge of local environmental, health, and safety regulations;

5 Dynamic, multi-tasked, fast paced and adaptive to high-pressure startup environment;

6 Strong leadership, interpersonal, influencing and analytical skills;

7 Self motivated, result-oriented, possesses high integrity;

8 Fluently English both in oral and written;
