Responsibilities:
1.Provide presales and/or postsales technical support to customers including commissioning, installing, testing, and maintaining products, equipment, and systems.
2.Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve technical problems that arise during start-up.
3.Establish and maintain ongoing positive relationships with customers to develop secure and develop their future business.
4.Research, evaluate, and recommend new products or equipments upgrades that will meet customer needs.
5.Monitor and resolve recurring problems to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
6.Train customers on the features of the equipment they have purchased.
Qualifications:
1、大专以上学历，医疗器械相关专业
2、良好的英语听说及计算机操作经验
3、良好的学习能力及沟通技巧
4、具备一定的医疗器械维修经验和技能
5、较好的英语读写能力
6、对血透中心环境，需求和运作模式的了解
7、2-3年以上工作经验
