1. Above 5 years of working experience in real estate/brokerage sales and leasing (offices and industrial), prefe rably from an international broker;
2. Structured sales background and formal training in same;
3. International sales experience preferred;
4. Experience with information gathering, market analysis, cold calling and contract negotiations;
5. Familiar with CRM systems;
6. Mandarin required and English proficiency preferred;
7.Team management experience an added plus;
8. International background or overseas study/working experience a plus but not a requirement.
