1、负责注塑工艺技术的改进与编制并执行
2、对新产品试模并确定***工艺参数，识别产品和模具缺陷并使之完善
3、对生产过程中出现的不良产品的工艺进行分析，并提供解决与改善方案
4、负责注塑机、模具及其它设备维护计划的制定与日常维护的实施，确保设备与工艺的安全、质量、能力与利用率达到最优

任职要求
1. 大专以上学历，机械类、模具类、高分子材料类专业优先
2. 5年以上注塑经验，精通科学注塑法，善于解决各种注塑问题。
3. 具备独立调试注塑机的能力。
4. 有一定的工程分析能力，能识别和处理模具测试过程中遇到的一些问题
