工作职责：

1、搭建及管理大区渠道销售团队，负责公司华东地区智能家居产品销售工作，针对华东市场制定销售计划，完成销售目标；

2、配合总部完成指定区域直营店铺开设及管理工作；

3、建立客户档案, 收集合作伙伴、竞争对手及行业内市场信息, 并及时向总公司汇报；

4、能迅速处理客户的突发状况，并及时跟进，督促进展；

5、根据行业市场需要，及时向公司提供切实可行的市场推广方案，制订行业销售计划，并落实完成所辖行业的销售任务和总公司分配的其它任务；

6、通过多种方式搜集目标代理商资料，并且洽谈和筛选，完成代理商招商任务；

7、对代理商团队进行培训，增强其对行业、产品和业务打法的理解和认知度；

8、梳理代理商当地资源，结合市场调研和需求分析，制定代理商业务拓展方案，带领所辖代理商完成总部的阶段绩效考核和业务目标；

9、跟进代理商在当地城市的各项业务开展情况，针对业务问题带领代理商团队及时制定整改方案，并且推动方案落地快速改善业务问题；

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，5年及以上渠道销售及管理经验，3年及以上团队管理经验，有渠道体系搭建工作经验，同时，拥有丰富的渠道资源；

2、为人真诚，具备较强的渠道拓展能力、客户谈判能力，具有丰富的销售工作经验和市场经验；

3、抗压能力强，有干劲，思路清晰，行动果断，结果导向；
