职位描述：

1. 根据公司制定的整体工作计划，制定招商计划和总体任务的分解方案，完成每月招商任务

2. 组织实施区域市场的招商，对意向信息进行收集、整理、约谈，并对意向信息进行走访考察

3. 根据公司对区域目标规划对所辖区域进行招商，并对书签约客户进行持续跟踪、协助加盟商快速建店

4. 组织收集与整理区域市场竞品招商信息和竞品招商成果，并定期、不定期提供数据分析报告

5. 按公司招商流程及工作制度要求进行日常招商工作，积极开展市场调查、分析和预测，为上级及时提供有效的商业信息

6. 负责对接公司网络、电话来访等渠道信息，并做好开发、拜访、接洽、谈判等具体事务

7. 负责办理已成交客户合同的签定，款项收取到位

8. 建立区域内信息库，包含意向客户，行业客户等

9. 按时完成上级交待

任职资格：

1. 大专以上学历，市场营销等相关专业优先考虑

2. 1年以上招商相关工作经验，有建材行业招商经验优先考虑，具有优秀的语言表达能力

3. 具备优秀的商务谈判、组织协调能力、良好的职业操守和抗压能力，具备客户服务意识和快速行动能力

4. 职业化规范度高，五官端正，谈吐气质佳，具有良好的团队协作精神，诚实可靠、品行端正

5. 具有优秀的市场调研、品牌推广、空白市场资源开拓能力

6. 适应阶段性出差或者频繁外出商务洽谈
