Responsibilities

Design,create
and define packaging solution for all finished goods managed in P1 Aftermarket Activity

Define
P1Aftermarket Standards at plant level compliant with Valeo existing standards
and respectful or local market specifications and/ or regulations

Create and
Manage Projects Database Packaging for P1Project Aftermarket

Prepare packaging
BOMs, update and implement packaging date in SAP system, prepare production packaging instructions

Ensure
packaging graphical and/or technical development and validation with our OES,IAM customers and
internal Valeo VWS/VS customer

Link
marketing specifications for VWS product with technical customer request and
graphical development,validate all marketing and technical aspects
with our OES,IAM customers and internal VWS/VS customers

Ensure with
purchasing technical date supply for RFQ to packaging supplier and coordinate
packaging validation with Purchasing and SQA during development and FPD at
supplier

Manage
project management change and implement packaging requirements of OES and IAM customers in plant

Create
packaging instructions and procedures on the production line and on the
warehouse for P1 aftermarket activity

Create,develop,innovate
and propose with P1 aftermarket team new packaging for products and/or market
targeted with QCD tools respect(Quality/Cost/Delay)

Benchmark
packaging activity on Wiper product line from Valeo Competitors ,Vlaeo
customers and nonautomotive market

Today 3 R&D teams work in this platforms, which are Valeo Electric Engine System China Technical Center (VEES CTC), Valeo Engine Cooling China Technical Center(VEC CTC) and Valeo Wipper System Asia Technical Center(VWS ATC).

The Technical Center is aimed to develop technical competences for Asian businesses and to satisfy our customer requirements in a fast changing environment. Developed initially as a subcontracted design platform, the Technical Center has been evolving to a complete product and project development center as following :

- OEM support for Chinese customers and for oversea businesses
- Sustainable development
- Support specific cars for emerging market in BRIC (Brazil, Russia, India and China)
