Job Description:

1. Work with sourcing team, vendors and shipping companies to arrange shipping space booking.

2. PO issuing.

3. Prepare internal commercial document and prepare document for account department.

4. Request shipping documents from vendors and ensure no mistake on documents.

5. Tracking payment records.

6. Prepare necessary shipping reports per request.

7. other tasks as assigned by manager

职责描述：

1. 配合采购组与供应商以及船务公司联络，安排订舱等

2. 开订单

3. 整理商业单据等提交财务部.

4. 向供应商索要出运单据，核对并确保单据无误

5. 保存并记录付款凭证

6. 根据上一级领导要去，准备必要的出运报表

7.领导安排的其他工作
