Responsbility:
1,Lead and manage product and process team on product development and validation, ECN management,new business award support, as well as routine department management tasks;领导及管理产品开发及工艺团队，包括部门管理，新项目产品及工艺开发，工程变更管理，争取新业务（报价支持，技术交流）等
2,Build a professional, high-efficiency, experienced product team to support to achieve plant operation performance target;建立专业高效的产品团队达到运营绩效目标
3,Plan and manage sampling to meet customer timing安排工程样件试样满足客户项目开发及认可时间节点
4, Working together with designer and program team on material selection, process verification and confirmation. 新样品开发与设计师一起挑选原材料、制定工艺流程以及后道加工。
5,Organize to analyze, solve product quality and performance issues in developing process; 组织分析、解决产品开发过程中出现的质量及性能问题；
6,Complete test validation and engineering approval; 完成产品验证及认可；
7,Ensure fabric meets specifications. 确保面料满足技术要求
8,Achieve handover from new products proto to manufacturing;实现新产品样件到生产的移交
9,Complete OTS and support PPAP and related documents submission; 完成OTS并支持PPAP等相关文件的提交； 举报 分享
