职位描述：
Mission:
Perform and justify the mechanical design of Wiper system.

Responsibilities:
Perform Mechanical Design
Perform detailed product design with justifications, including:
Drawings, 3D models, BOM
Materials choice
Stack-up analysis
Component specification
Mechanical simulations synthesis
Manufacturing and assembly process constraints integration
Support Design FMEA or DRBFM
Plan and follow up design activities schedule
Protect and contribute to innovation (IDM writing, patents analysis, brainstorming)
Support/lead design reviews with process or supplier
Support design to cost activities

Define and apply standards (RAISE)
Apply standard CATIA methodologies and standard dimensioning (GD&T)
Create/improve design standards
Support RAISE Design Reviews

Document management
Manage product documents in PLM (3D, 2D, BOM, SPPC, …)
Manage changes through formalized process (Technical committee, 4M matrix, ECR/ECO, …)

Problem solving
Support problem solving (QRQC, FTA,… )

Efficiency
Contribute to design processes improvement

Requirements:
Education/Training:
Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related subjects

Professional Experience:
0~2 years experience in mechanical or engineering filed for junior engineer
2~5 years experience in mechanical or engineering filed for formal engineer
Above 5 years experience in mechanical or engineering filed for senior engineer

Languages:
English skilled at talking ,reading, writing

The Technical Center is aimed to develop technical competences for Asian businesses and to satisfy our customer requirements in a fast changing environment. Developed initially as a subcontracted design platform, the Technical Center has been evolving to a complete product and project development center as following :
- Complexity increase and new needs definition such as environment and security
- OEM support for Chinese customers and for oversea businesses
- Sustainable development
- Support specific cars for emerging market in BRIC (Brazil, Russia, India and China)
