职位描述：
Quality Assurance Inspector (shoes)

Must be based in Wenzhou
 
Responsibilities :
- Problem raising and help solving quality issue in production
- Review and monitor production processes to ensure product quality
- Give recommendations to factory when needed and advise management of issues needed to be addressed
- Monitor quality assurance by in line inspection and/or final audits
- Work with factory to build a Corrective Action Plan and to monitor the progress of action plans

Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Textile & Clothing / Quality Management
- Minimum 8 years’ of relevant experience in quality assurance for apparels/Accessory of USA markets
- Good knowledge in the USA standard requirements is a MUST
- Good understanding of manufacturing process
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

工作职责：
- 找出在生产中出現的问题和帮助解决质量问题
- 审查和监控生产过程，确保产品质量
- 在需要的时候给厂家的建议，并建议管理加以解决
- 生产中质量检查和 / 或最终审核
- 与工厂合作，建立纠正行动计划和监测行动计划的进展情况

要求：
- 在纺织服装/质量管理文凭或学位
- 最少8年的质量保证，为美国市场服装或配饰相关经验
- 必须具備美国标准要求良好的知识
- 熟练掌握生产过程的
- 良好的沟通和人际交往能力
