职位描述
岗位职责:
1. 负责所辖区域内门店促销团队的管理，培训，招募，及评估，积极配合公司绩效体系在零售环节的推行；
2. 根据公司下达的销售任务，配合销售主管进行店面指标分解，并积极拓展店面合作关系，主导解决店面客情维护，常规业务内容（订单、送货、常规促销）的执行和建议；
3. 协助公司市场部执行专项市场推广活动，负责组织实施细节；
4. 主导终端演示程序的建立、完善和模式化，配合产品的功能开发和市场推介点筛选。
岗位要求：
1. 大专以上文化程度，有知名快销、家电企业背景者优先；
2. 能够与促销团队和管理层建立良好沟通和差异解决的能力；
3. 必须具备基本的办公软件；
4. 具备良好的自我目标设定和管理能力，可承担较大压力，并具备独立开展工作能力；
5. 具备良好的执行能力，职业操守良好；
6. 具备工作激情，可短期出差或外派工作。
