职位描述：
1Main activities :

Service outsourcing: Assist to manage HELPDESK onsite engineer, monitor monthly SLA
 result & satisfaction result
R&D IS: CAD (Catia and Cadence) , Serena software, Simulation software, PLM and related interfaces, Project Management tools :
？ Provides key users with technical support
？ Palliates Key User lack when needed, as much as possible.
？ Reports technical issues to the related Group IS Competence Center
？ Sets up CAD packages on standard stations delivered by IS Infrastructure or BG/PG
？ Especially for CAD Data Exchange: supports Processes with OEM and Suppliers
？ Especially for PLM: coordination and escalation with the IS infrastructure teams, BGs and CCs for infrastructure issues
o CAE:
？ Provides technical support: supervision of Servers and stations, installation of R&D software on standard configurations delivered by IS infrastructure, escalation of technical issues to BG M&T Simulation leader and CCs
o R&D software licenses:
？ Manages all related licenses, collects data and reports to BG M&T and CCs

VeGA: System management and training (Mail, Calendar, Drive, ED, Site, Catalog,
C@mpus). Spreadsheet sharing ratio >60%
Servers & network: Support ITC creating & monitoring VNET3 and VLAN running
properly, enhance network stability, performance and security
Data backup: Manage backup plan, monitor status and result
Telephone: Manage rules, telephone system status, DRP
Induction training: IS resources usage, information security rules (IS security officer)
IS assets: Work with onsite engineer, ensure VIQCT error ratio <10%
HR Access system: Fingerprint system maintenance

Valeo China Technical Center in Shanghai is a competence center organization by integrating different Valeo core activities. Today 3 R&D teams work in this platforms, which are Valeo Electric Engine System China Technical Center (VEES CTC), Valeo Engine Cooling China Technical Center(VEC CTC) and Valeo Wipper System Asia Technical Center(VWS ATC).

The Technical Center is aimed to develop technical competences for Asian businesses and to satisfy our customer requirements in a fast changing environment. Developed initially as a subcontracted design platform, the Technical Center has been evolving to a complete product and project development center as following :
- Complexity increase and new needs definition such as environment and security
- OEM support for Chinese customers and for oversea businesses
- Sustainable development
- Support specific cars for emerging market in BRIC (Brazil, Russia, India and China)
