Mission
？ Describe the principal mission of the position:
To support SAP system for company business, corporate with business departments, make and implement SAP strategy and improve continuously
为了支持公司的整体战略目标，与业务部门合作，制定并且实施SAP系统战略并持续改进
Responsibilities
？ Highlight the main responsibilities
- Assistant IS manager execute IT planning & control
协助IS经理执行公司的IT计划和控制
- SAP users management (Create, modify, permission, delete), software installation & updating
SAP系统的用户管理(创建, 修改, 权限管理, 删除), 软件的安装与升级
- Organize & train SAP system key-users and end-users, answer various questions given by users
组织和培训SAP系统用户, 解答用户的各种使用问题
- Troubleshooting and Correct system data error caused by users or system itself
查找和纠正SAP系统用户不正确或者误操作带来的系统数据错误
- Design & customize various data reports for SAP users, help users doing data analysis & generate report
设计和定制开发SAP系统的数据报表, 帮助用户进行数据分析与生成报告
- Establish Barflow System, running properly and monitoring
负责Barflow系统建立运行及维护
- Monitor SAP system, ensure business procedure running properly
监测SAP系统确保系统流程正常运行
- SQL database servers running normally, data backup & recovery, improve executive efficiency
SQL数据服务器的正常运行,数据备份与恢复, 优化执行效率
- Finish other jobs given by upper leaders

Valeo China Technical Center in Shanghai is a competence center organization by integrating different Valeo core activities. Today 3 R&D teams work in this platforms, which are Valeo Electric Engine System China Technical Center (VEES CTC), Valeo Engine Cooling China Technical Center(VEC CTC) and Valeo Wipper System Asia Technical Center(VWS ATC).
位于上海的法雷奥中国技术中心是一个专注于发展研发能力的组织，融合了法雷奥不同的核心业务。如今共有3个研发团队在这个平台一起工作，它们分别是法雷奥发动机电子系统中国技术中心（简称VEES CTC）, 法雷奥发动机冷却系统中国技术中心（简称VEC CTC）以及法雷奥雨刮系统亚洲技术中心（简称VWS ATC）

The Technical Center is aimed to develop technical competences for Asian businesses and to satisfy our customer requirements in a fast changing environment. Developed initially as a subcontracted design platform, the Technical Center has been evolving to a complete product and project development center as following :
- Complexity increase and new needs definition such as environment and security
- OEM support for Chinese customers and for oversea businesses
- Sustainable development
- Support specific cars for emerging market in BRIC (Brazil, Russia, India and China)

法雷奥技术中心旨在为亚洲业务提升技术能力，在一个迅速变化的环境下不断地满足客户的需求。由最初的外包设计平台，法雷奥技术中心正在逐步演变成一个全面的产品及项目开发中心，诸如：
- 从环保及安全性能角度出发，提高产品复杂性以及确定新的需求
- 为中国客户及海外业务提供OEM支持
- 注重可持续发展
- 协助在新兴市场开发特殊类型车辆（巴西，俄国，印度和中国）
