岗位职责：
1、拟定公司品牌发展策略，组织搭建品牌管理工作体系，建立和维护公司产品品牌的定位
2. 维护、确保品牌与公司企业文化保持一致，塑造公司的品牌文化
3. 做好目标消费群调查和品牌跟踪调查，确保所有传播能增加品牌体验，确保产品文化满足更准确的、更深层次的用户需求，为品牌带来正面的影响，提升品牌的形象。

任职要求：
1、 市场营销、广告类或中文类等相关专业，文笔优美
2、 三年以上企业任职品牌经理工作经验，有较强的审美观
3、 熟悉公关媒体品牌推广运作，具有出色的品牌策略能力
4、 品牌意识强，具有出色提案能力和沟通技巧,有大型相兲策划实务操作经验及成功品牌策划案例
