职位描述：
1、日常员工关系的处理。
2、员工入、离职面谈。
3、协助分公司申请人头，招聘，面试，应聘，入职，离职，转岗，调薪，休假管理，试用期考绩手续的办理，及相关人事单据的填写、流转、跟进。
4、根据公司要求建立并维护员工花名册和员工档案。
5、员工劳动合同的订立和续签管理。
6、社保、公积金等月度申报，对账及年度基数调整、汇算清缴等。
7、及时向总部传递当地政府关于用工、社保、员工福利相关的政策变化情况等。
8、负责分公司办公室和所属代表处的装修、搬迁等各项事宜。
9、办公用品的采购、管理，办公设备、办公家具的采购和日常维护。
10、按时完成公司各类证照的年检、变更。
11、协助组织、安排公司会议、培训和各项集体活动。
12、公司固定资产的日常登记及管理。
13、公司年会的组织、策划及主持。
14、工资个税的申报等。
15、其他人事、行政工作安排。

岗位要求：
1、 温州籍贯优先；
2、 本科及以上学历；
3、 良好的组织、沟通、协调能力；
4、 3年以上人事行政工作经验；
5、 有英语基础，能熟练运用office办公软件，精通excel、ppt；
