职位描述
1. Build and achieve Wenling site CDP(customer development plan) and Sales budget based on PG strategy with China sales management.
--CDP building with China sales management
--Sales budget building for S1, S2 and Mid-tern plan
--Achieve budgets with sales team in organization
2. Improve & maintain relationship with customers in China for business profit growth,
3. Main target customer for European & North American OEMs, Ford business experience requested.
4. New business opportunity management through initial information knowing, RFQ receiving, NPA approval, CAA review, offering strategy and customers nominating process following up
5. Commercial aspects of mass production products for the management of selling price, payment control, material compensation, currency exchange ratios and so on
6. Leading role to support project managers on commercial negotiations and clarification with customers, such as design on-cost, tooling payments, prototype/samples orders and invoicing price finalization for SOP and so on
7. Leading roles of interact with customers, intra-business sites, global network and Wenling sites for customers QCD voice ,information sharing and problem solving
8. Contribute and maintain the Valeo wiper systems goodwill/ brand image with customers through professional competencies and services
9. Leading to manage the weekly business review, monthly SIOP and RFQs answering activities
10. Other tasks from China sales director
