岗位特征:
客户关系管理专员按照保时捷中心的客户满意度调查的标准,采用电话或面对面访问客户的方式,搜集并汇总客户满意度数据,定期更新及维护客户信息,确保客户信息的准确性。
职责说明(职责的先后顺序按照其重要程度进行排列):
1. 电访现有客户
2. 面访现有客户
3. 密切监控保时捷客户数据库系统(C@P)的使用
4. 维护客户电子档案
5. 维护潜在客户网络信息
6. 与保时捷中国CRM团队协调处理销售过程、数据质量程序和客户关怀程序
Position Characteristics:
CRM Executive is responsible for collecting and summerising customer satisfaction data via telephone or face-to-face interview according to the standards of Porsche Centre Customer Satisfaction Survey. She also maintains and monitors customer information at C@P system on a regular base and ensures the accuracy of customer information.
Duty Description( Duties are arranged by importance):
1. Call existing customers
2. Interview existing customers
3. Closely monitor the usage of Porsche customer database system C@P
4. Maintain customer E-record
5. Maintain online information from potential customer
6. Coordinate with Porsche China CRM team to handle Sales Rounds, Data Quality program and Customer Care program.
任职资格:
教育背景:须具备高中学历,大专学历者优先
其他任职要求:
1、具备良好的汉语沟通能力,普通话标准,声音甜美
2、乐于学习并能根据形势的变化不断调整自己
3、诚实可靠、自我激励能力强、自信心强
?候选人需掌握Office软件、Lotus Notes软件及互联网的操作方法,保时捷系统的操作方法除外
?热爱本职工作,在工作中保持极高的敬业度及可靠性;
?能够理解并发扬保时捷品牌理念、形象和特点,有较强的服务意识并善于为客户着想
Education:High school education required, college degree preferred
Industry background:Preferably working experience in marketing, marketing events or related positions
Other qualifications:
?Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, Lotus Notes and internet; Porsche systems not a must.
?Passion for their work, maintain a high degree of professionalism and reliability in their work;
?Understand and advocate the value, image and features of Porsche brand; with strong service focus, customer-oriented
