职位描述：
制定、完善各项设备管理规章制度，建立并贯彻落实各项设备管理规范；
进行设备资产管理和资产评估；
及时、高效地诊断并解决生产设备故障，保证生产的顺利进行并做到预防为主；
主持设备的日常维修工作和设备故障记录,统计和分析;
培训与指导设备维护技术员；
编写相关设备文件；
参与设备的选型及招投标工作；
定期对生产设备进行巡检和改造提升;
公司5s,EHS支持和TPM 推动和提升.
公司的备件管理和建立合理的备件的安全库存.

技能要求
熟练掌握设备结构、构造、运行特性
熟练使用OFFICE,CAD,维修管理软件
英语听说读写良好.
良好的沟通能力和积极的工作态度.
5年以上数控设备维护管理工作经验,熟悉纺织行业设备佳,如经编机, 纬编机, 织机, 定型机, 染色机,复合机。 举报 分享
