Develop reliability qualification plan, perform the reliability testing and create the reliability qualification report. Ongoing reliability monitor. Product reliability test. JEDEC standard. AEC Q100 standard. HTOL, HAST, THB, TCT, ESD.
1. Develop reliability qualification plan, perform the reliability testing and create the reliability qualification report.
2. Take the responsibility for ongoing reliability monitor, MRB lots release, process/product change reliability evaluation and other engineering projects.
3. Perform data analysis to understand root cause of reliability issue and feedback to the project team.
4. Coordinate, answer and manage customer & sales inquiries regarding reliability.
5. Coordinate with the 3rd party laboratories with the test plan, schedule and payment.
6. Perform any task that will be given by the QA manager.
7. Reliability lab daily operation and management.
Job Requirement,
1. More than 5 years semiconductor technology reliability experience.
2. Strong semiconductor product level reliability and statistic knowledge.
3. Solid understanding of JEDEC standard, AEC-Q100 a plus.
4. Skilled at HTOL, DRB, PC, HAST, THB, reflow, TCT, ESD etc and other advance techniques required.
5. Basic knowledge in CMOS FAB process, assembly and testing.
6. Previous experience with MEMS semiconductor technology would be ideal.
7. Good skills in report and document writing and presentation.
8. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a global matrixed team environment.
